Living Life to the Full
Living life to the full is a self-help life skills training course based on proven cognitive behavioral therapy. It can help you if you’re struggling with low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress or depression. This eight-week course is typically delivered in groups of around 10 people and a different topic is addressed each week and encourages self-reflection.
Mindfulness- based stress reduction
Mindfulness is a way of looking at ourselves and the world, non-judgementally and in the present moment. This eight-week course is designed to assist you in taking better care of yourself and in getting the most out of living.
- Promote a way of being that helps us tackles life problems, whether these are physical, mental, social or emotional.
- Increase our ability to cope more effectively with both short and long-term stressful situations.
- Teach us to take better care of ourselves so that we are able to live our lives in a fuller and healthier way;
