18th-24th May 2020 is Mental Health Awareness Week. This year’s theme is focusing on everyday acts of kindness, something which can have a huge positive impact on people in these uncertain times.

Every day this week on Facebook and Twitter we will post ideas of different acts of kindness we could carry out for both ourselves and others.
